Server Updates

I have been doing alot of work on the server the last couple days.
Many more updates to come tomorrow after work!

Below is a list of the new updates, that I have added.

- Lowered most starting areas lvl Restrictions (Lvl 1-5).
- Added lvl 4 Crafts to Centaur Lake.
- Added lvl 5 Crafts and lvl 5 Merchanter to Town Of Aeven.
- Added 2 New Map Songs!
- Added New Sound Effects!
- Added Pissed Rat (New Npc) and Azuorph Eye (New Drop)
- Completed 5 more Areas with npc drops.
